    We discovered Sparks while evaluating offspring of another herdsire we were interested in. Sparks is the son of the well known grey herdsire, Danko. Danko is a Chilean import who has sired numerous champion offspring. Sparks numerous blue ribbons and two banners, have no doubt been earned by his beautiful fleece and solid conformation. His fine fleece is dense, possesses wonderful architecture and incredible staple length. We particularly like the well defined crimp and lock structure in this rose grey fleece.

    Sparks first cria (5C's Cascade of Sparks) is silver grey from a black dam. This beautiful silver grey male has solid conformation and a fine dense fleece. Cascade'cs first cria is a 6X banner winner. Contesto is another Sparks son who has won multiple blues and two Res Champ Banners for his fleece. It seems that Sparks is producing greys (both silver and rose), blacks, browns and fawns. The crias all have very solid conformation with heavy bone structure and nice wide chests, fine fleeces with incredible staple length and fineness and beautiful phenotype.

    Here's our latest offer. We have reduced our price on Sparks. We have several offspring we are retaining AND we need to make some space.......so we are offering Sparks for sale so some other lucky breeder can benefit from these great genetics. He's a wonderful producer.

We fell in love with this beautiful Silvio daughter at barely 8 months of age and we certainly have not been sorry. Shanakee's dense fleece is incredibly soft and crimpy.     Description

    Carumba is the only female we have from Shanakee and she has matured beautifully. She is a well grown female with great conformation. Her fiber stats of AFD 18.67 SD 3.75 CV 20.1 CF 98.46 speak for themselves. Her density and great staple length just add to the package. Her full brother, Cascade, is the MSG sire of our 6X Champion Contender. She's got plenty of grey in her background and we think she will produce it when bred to grey. She is now bred to Greytness for a spring 2017 cria. The cria produced by this pairing should be fantastic.
