Description

Grace has an excellent pedigree including lots of gray and black. Her dam is a full sister to Legend's Challenger and her sire is Mile High Deacon Grey! That pairing produced a gorgeous tux grey girl with excellent conformation and wonderful presence. And her fleece isn't too shabby either, with nice fineness, density and a spot free blanket.

We acquired her as an older maiden from a retirement sale. At just shy of 5 years, we wondered if she might be too old to breed. But we gave it a try, breeding her first to FTAF's Sebastian. She took quickly and produced a lovely, stylish tux gray girl. Lady is a bit smaller than her mother, but possesses a lovely feminine presence that makes her stand out in the field.

For her second cria, we chose our newest herdsire RR Guns' Kit Carson. They produced a lovely true black girl with an amazing amount of fleece at birth. As she has grown, we've found a lot of gray/white color contamination in her fleece, so we aren't sure if she will gray up or not. Either way, she has gorgeous, soft, crimpy fiber with a super long staple length!

We accept cash, check, Venmo or credit card. Financing is available on all alpaca sales. We can work with your budget. We ask for 25% down, no interest if paid in full within one year of purchase. Purchaser will provide alpaca insurance on each animal until paid in full. Breeding/Show quality maidens come with a free breeding to any Menagerie Hill Ranch owned unrestricted Herdsire. Agisting (boarding) available - 30 days included with in State purchase of breeding quality alpaca. 90 days included for out of state purchases. Purchaser assumes all Vet fees. Transport available - first 100 miles included with purchase of breeding/show quality alpaca. Package deals available.
