Description

As though being a daughter of 3-time Futurity Herdsire of Year, Snowmass Elite Legend, wasn’t enough, this beautiful young female also comes out of one of our breeding program’s most storied maternal lines too. Her dam, CCNF Consolation, is the full sister of our former Herdsire CCNF Wayfarer, who now, after several years working for us here in Vermont, is carrying forth his family’s legacy as a frontline Herdsire for our friends, the Sjølli family, at Alpacajoy of Norway! Constellation’s maternal granddam, Nutmeg of Consolation, is in fact the winningest alpaca in our breeding program’s history and comes out of the same dam that produced 2014 Futurity Champion, CCNF Magistrate. All of which is a long-winded way of saying that Constellation’s pedigree is just loaded! Much as we love Elite Legend and all that he brought to our breeding program, with Constellation's older paternal brothers CCNF Elixir, CCNF Defiance, and CCNF Thorn all either proven, working, or getting ready too, we have those genetics covered and are thus able to offer this pretty young lass!

January 2017 UPDATE: Constellation gave birth in June of 2016 to a Matrix Majesty son, CCNF Corvus. He is now weaned and not included in her sale price. Constellation currently bred and confirmed pregnant to Mint Mo Money, the 2015 White Futurity Champion & Judges' Choice Male and due in mid June. This female is the the absolute real deal and is going to be having one of the first Mo crias ever. Understand all of that, or don't: we win either way...
