Well Leo's first cria are hitting the ground and they are awesome! Pretty sure we have one lovely appy girl among them. We still have 5 more to go this year, keep watching for more updates!
Leo in standing the 2012-2013 season at Good Time Ridge Farm in WV. contact Cheri Seiler to book a breeding to this lovely boy.
One day I saw the most unusual colored alpaca ever, she was the most beautiful girl, and I couldn't get her out of my mind, but she was not for sale. That started my quest to find a harlequin gray/appaloosa alpaca to add to our herd. Leo is everything I could ask for and more. Just look at that face! He has beautiful soft crimpy fiber, unusual for a gray. His dad is none other than Magical Farms GIORGIO ARMANI. A multiple champion, and show winning producing herdsire. With the likes of MATEO S228, PPERUVIAN PLURO G4571 ,PPERUVIAN ASUNCION B4341, and
PERUVIAN PALOMO G230 how could Leo be any less than as beautiful as he is. Perfect conformation and bite, this boy is going to wow them in the show ring this spring. Leo is also 1/8 accoyo. EVERY cria he sires will be something very special. It will be hard to wait 350 days every year to see what each cria looks like.
Update! Leo took a 5th at the Indiana Invitational level 5 show. Judges comments were, great fiber, great conformation, was placed 5th for inconsistency of color. What makes Leo so beautiful and unusual, is also going to make him hard to show. I think next time, we will try pattern, as opposed to modern. We were very happy with the comments on fiber & conformation, those are really the important things.
Book your breedings to Leo for this fall or spring.
