Shenendoah

Huacaya, Male, Unproven | White

AOA# 31684255   D.O.B. 7/3/2012 (13 yrs) , 3/8 Peruvian, 5/8 Bolivian

Sire:
Whispering Winds Eye of the Storm
| AOA# 849155  | White  |
Storm has incredible crimp and coverage from his topknot to his toes, with very little medullation. He also has wonderful density and a staple length of over 6" when in full fleece. We shear over 12 lbs. of fiber from him annually. To top all that he's got excellent conformation and a good bite. He has done very well in the show ring and his cria are just spectacular! Storm is a herdsire to consider for your maidens since he is usually very successful with getting them bred and his medium size will ensure that the maidens' first cria will not be so large that it will cause tearing. A wise choice indeed!

Dam:
MacMeadows Chocolay
| AOA# 1388312  | Dark Brown  |
Chocolay is a real beauty, having the most stunning conformation! She is the one that the eye is naturally drawn to when the girls are in the pasture. And to top that off, her gorgeous brown fleece has wonderful high amplitude crimp and beautiful luster. The crimp carries right down to her toes. Coverage and density are also outstanding! She is a beautiful addition to our breeding program and her. Her first cria, Coco Crisp, is an '08 BROWN COLOR CHAMPION and we look forward to many more cria of this caliber from her.

Description

This boy's fiber has the most exquisite handle! It is so soft and fine and has wonderful low amplitude crimp. And the density is outstanding!! His stance is proud and erect - that of one that has a lot of self confidence and his wonderful conformation only enhances that look.
