LMA Tuckaseegee

Huacaya, Herdsire (Male), Proven, Medium Fawn, Full Peruvian
ARI# 20007171 | DOB: 8/22/2007
| AOA# 20007171  | Medium Fawn

Dam:
7/8 Accoyo Mariana
| AOA# 30929791  | White  |
Mariana is a big, strong girl. Her first cria, Dante (a fawn Lancaster's Gladiator son), won a blue on his very first time in the ring! Mariana has a very strong color background, bringing lots of Accoyo characteristics to any color pairing. We have no histogram info on her before she began her breeding career, so it is hard to speak to her true fineness, but we can speak of her density which is excellent.

Her first cria was born without complication, she bonded immediately, produced plenty of milk and weaned completely on her own. We did not have to intervene in any way.

Mariana delivered her second beautiful 3/8 accoyo cria in July 2012. He is the son of fawn color champ LMA Tuckaseegee. Tuck has strong MFI and Snowmass genetics and has held fineness well into breeding, so we look forward to putting his fineness with Mariana's density and size. We've dubbed the baby "Einstein" because of his long, white eyebrows and lashes. He is bright white, strong, feisty and loves his mom's milk!

The cria is included in Mariana's sale price until weaning this winter.

Her 2014 breeding x Samson gave us Snowdrift.

Both Snow and Mariana killed in animal attack in April 2014.

Description

Great fleece, and we already have a breeder on the farm, so we gelded this young male to keep that great fiber as he ages.
