JR Herdsire that can improve your female

RGSA Challenger

Suri, Male, Unproven | Medium Fawn

AOA# 35267126   D.O.B. 9/1/2015

Sire:
DDF Accoyo Tourbillion
| AOA# 20011826  | Beige  |
From the Accoyo Uribe and Accoyo Baron bloodlines. Tourbillion has silky and extremely lustrous locks to the skin which he inherited from his uncommonly fine fleeced dam, Accoyo Esperanza.

Her dam (his grand dam), PPeruvian Eleuteria R0666, a full Accoyo import continues to produce a fleece at 12+ years of age with an incredible micron count of 22 and was awarded a blue ribbon at the 2006 Suri Network Fleece Show in Estes Park, CO!

On top of that, Eleuteria has had a cria every year since 1996 and is a supermom with lots of milk which produced Tourbillion's dam who has the same milk production giving Tourbillion a great start!

Folks, this is what we want in OUR herd; SUPER GENETICS producing HEALTHY BABIES with OUTSTANDING FLEECES.

Now, add limited genetics with correct conformation, strong bone and a gorgeous head and you have Tourbillion; a name indicative of exquisite craftsmanship and we are proud to offer his genetics.

Dam:
Rogue's Goldie Locks
| AOA# 32535327  | Dark Fawn  |

Here’s a chance to get your hands on a coveted production female from Rogue Suri Alpacas. Goldie Locks turned heads from the day she was born. Gorgeous phenotype, greasy, lusterous fleece, and a beautifully solid pedigree to top it all off!
Goldie Locks is the daughter of Sierra Bonita’s Maccoyo Maximum a SHORN Futurity Champion!!! She is also the daughter of our one and only INCA daughter PPeruvian Princess Lightning!
Goldie Locks first cria, RGSA Challenger, has turned out to be a jaw dropping show competitor and at 6 months of age Jude Anderson awarded him a Reserve Championship stating “This boy is going to have a STELLAR career!”

Goldie Locks is a true Rogue Suri Alpacas production Gold Mine! Don’t miss this opportunity to Produce your own Champions with Rogue Goldie Locks!

Dr Norm Evans Biopsy
Rogue Suri Alpacas “Goldie Locks” was biopsied as a 34 month old light brown suri female with ARI# 32535327. She grades level 2 of 4 glands which are viewed as the gray areas around her follicles. Her 15X scan shows rather large fiber clusters very uniform in placement within her connective tissue. Observe the 4 clusters on the S/P scan that show an S/P ratio of 13 to 1. Twenty five clusters showed an average S/P of 12.4 to 1. Her density measures 49.25 follicles SQ MM of skin. 100 secondary fibers average 17.8 microns while 50 primary fibers average 29.1 microns for a variation of 11.3 microns. Also note on all scans that 40% of her secondary fibers show medullation. Goldie Locks is well above average in density, S/P and fineness of fiber and should have an excellent handle.

Description

It is hard in words to explain how amazing this boy is! He is by far the densest cria for 2015!
His pedigree reads like Accoyo royalty! Jude Anderson awarded him the Reserve Championship at the California Classic earlier this year stating "This boy is going to have a Stellar show career!"
We are keeping eyes on this boy as he matures, check out the density on him, you will be impressed!

“Rogue Suri Alpacas RGSA Challenger” was biopsied as a 22 month old medium fawn suri male with ARI#35267126. His 15X scan shows fiber clusters that are very uniform in size, shape and placement within his connective tissue. He demonstrates level 4 of 4 gland structure around most follicles. Glands should be associated with luster and fiber quality. The glandular infrastructure is likely genetic and gland density is likely nutritional. Observe his 6 fiber clusters showing the S/P ratio at 13.5 to 1. Twenty five clusters showed an average S/P of 13.1 to 1. Note from all scans that near 90% of his secondary fibers show medullation. The density study from 4 sections of 1 SQ MM of skin surface is 79 follicles per SQ MM of skin. This density was measured on a 10 MM cut with no shrinkage so no adjustment. This may give ideas as to how her breeding’s should be selected. One hundred secondary fibers averaged 17.8 microns while 50 primary fibers averaged 25.1 microns. This equates to a micron variation of only 7.3 microns. This variation is seen on the 250X scan and often is a trait passed by the sire. On June 24, 2017 Challenger’s AFD figures 18.34 microns.
