Description
I call Delfina, "Tina Louise". Tina is of average size. She reportedly was born on a huge ranch and wasn't handled much as a youngster. Her parents were both imports. To quote her former owner, "Tina does not care for spa days." A short while after, I learned first hand just exactly what the lady met. On toenail day, she coated me thoroughly not once, but twice with green spit. She hates shearing day even worse!
Tina has great conformation. She has the shorter head that many alpaca breeders prefer. She reportedly has birthed several very nice crias earlier in her production years. For her age & number of pregnancies, she has a decent staple length and produces an average fleece weight. She has 5 registered crias and 80% of them are females.
She is currently open, but I plan a spring breeding to a gray as she has produced a DSG son, her only male cria.
