Huacaya, Jr. Herdsire (Male), Unproven | Dark Fawn
Orion is the dark fawn product of crossing the incredibly fine and dense white El Nino Son North Star with Accoyo America's Truce Black AOA Champion female Accoyo America Odetta. Orion's fleece is dense with a bold crimp style, beautiful staple length and brightness with a butter handle. His fleece has a requisite fineness that we would expect of a Herdsire. He has the presence, substance of bone, and attractive head that we expect to produce amazing offspring. Orions's sire North Star still carries an exquisite 19 micron fleece at age 9 and we are excited about Orion's potential to produce this same kind of lasting fineness in dark color, including the true black of his dam.
