    With the retirement of Magical Farms we had an opportunity to purchase interest in this amazing male. We have one of his sons who has won 18 Championships to date. Why would we want Black Midnight too? Our Captain Midnight is from one of our favorite bloodlines. We have several females who are related to Captain, but not to Black Midnight. Do we want more Captain Midnights? You bet!!!! Call us to book your breeding to Black Midnight. On September 6th Colonel Midnight arrived. He's the full brother to our 18X banner winning 5C's Captain Midnight. This beautiful TB male is just as exciting as his award winning brother. So exciting that we plan to repeat the breeding for a 3rd time. Male or female, this combination just seems to be a real winner.

    With a pedigree that could knock off anyone's socks, LMFI Peruvian Black Midnight has the fleece to match!

    His dam is Libby Forstner's famous 16-time champion black female champion LMFI Peruvian Black Pearl. His sire is MFI Peruvian Jericho, sire of the famous Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah. Jericho's offspring have won over 420 ribbons and over 120 championships and Jeremiah is just one of them.

    Black Midnight has a highly-advanced black fleece with excellent density and outstanding fleece character. The only problem with Black Midnight is that he hates to show. At his first show, he surprised us by dragging his back leg as soon as he entered the show ring. In spite of that he earned third place at the Futurity because of his outstanding fleece. After the class, he trotted happily back to his pen, his leg just fine! At his second show, he continued the same antics, only this time dragging his other back foot and again, he was fine after the class. At his third show, he abandoned the leg-dragging tactic and instead chose the tactic of falling over in the show ring. In spite of this behavior, he won the Black Male Reserve Color Champion

    Makensley was bred to Black Midnight and the partnership resulted in a gorgeous true black cria, Midnight's Victoria of Alpaca Haven KY, with bright and lustrous fleece not to mention her excellent conformation.

    “MFI Midnight in the Garden” is a spectacular True Black full Peruvian female that we purchased at the 2013 AOBA National Auction. We were very excited to be the winning bidder on this female as she had a gorgeous fleece and fabulous genetics. Her sire is none other than LMFI Peruvian Black Midnight. He was one of Magical Farms best black males produced and a son of the famous MFI Peruvian Jericho.

    We have not been disappointed with Midnight! For her maiden breeding she produced a full Peruvian Dark Silver Grey daughter out of LMFI Peruvian Silver Bugatti -a keeper for sure! In 2016 she produced an awesome True Black male out of one of our Silver Grey males, WP Zacchaeus. He went on to win a Blue at 2017 Alpacapalooza. We love this boy but with her 2017 TB male Cria this season, we are now offering her 2016 blue ribbon winning TB male for sale!

    Since we need to downsize our herd and have captured Midnight’s unique genetics in her Silver Grey daughter, Twilight, and her True Black son, we now feel we must list her for your consideration.

    ***We have now rebred Midnight to Snowmass Enlightened for her 2018 cria, and she will have free board until she weans her cria in Nov. This will be an awesome combination.
