    Announcement: FTAF's Blackbeard Breedings closed!

I could talk about this gorgeous boy forever! I knew the moment Blackbeard was born that he was something special. I never would have dreamed he would become as special as he has to me, and many others. When we made our trip out to the 2015 Futurity it was with high hopes that he would do well because I was going though a difficult time of my life and really needed something positive to happen and show me that I was headed in the right direction with my alpaca farm. So with the help of some very good friends we made our way to the Futurity and low and behold, he won the Black Championship. And it has been uphill since then! He is more than just a gorgeous hunk of a male who is producing amazing offspring, he has been my heart and hope of a successful future and has given me the incentive and strength to keep on doing what I am doing!

Blackbeard has a simply gorgeous head, an incredibly fine, dense fleece with amazing architecture, and talk about coverage everywhere, Wow! Add all that to a male with huge bone and a strong frame and you have yourself a truly unique herdsire. And the icing on the cake is his gentle personality as he is extremely easy to handle and work with even since he has been breeding. Blackbeard is passing on these traits to his offspring in a very consistent manner when paired with any female so far. A good friend referred to him as an "Impact Male" due to him putting his stamp on all of his cria.

Blackbeard's offspring can be viewed on my Full Tilt Alpacas Facebook page and they are all stunning! Please check out these gorgeous babies!

This is the kind of male that I have dreamed about having in my herd and I feel extremely fortunate and blessed that God sent him my way when he did as he is one crazy amazing boy!

Coffee is a darling, compact, true black female with dense fleece, & a perfect bite. She has a good disposition, leads well, and stands tied without issue.

This little gal made us very proud when she won the Grand Champion female alpaca at the California State Fair in 2013 after competing in fleece, halter, pack, obstacles, and public relations classes. Overall nice girl!

Biggest question....who do we breed her to when the time comes :)
