This is the first cria born on our farm in 2009. We picked out his mom, Cimarron Shadow, who was bred to MFI Toledo. Boy did we hit the jackpot. This boy has coverage from his eyes to his toes. Granite has sure grown into a wonderful boy. He has beautiful grey fleece that is very crimpy with good staple length. He has complete coverage from his eyes to his toes. He has the same gorgeous typey head like his dad, Champion Gray MFI Toledo of Whispering Willows in Indiana.

Description

This guy has great crimp and shine and is very fine, similar to his multi champion sire, Argenta Granite. His dam is an Aussie Rockford granddaughter and has Pperuvian Caligula G4572 in her background. I am breeding Chrome to several of my females this year and have Great Expectations for what he will add to my breeding program. He has matured into an amazing herd sire both in temperament and size.

Awards

3rd place 2015 TXOLAN. The judge talked about his compactness. His proportions are square with a pleasing overall phenotype. She said he had great fineness and softness. His brilliance of brightness of fleece moved him up to 3rd, although he was a little small.

Financing Terms

We accept cash, PayPal, or cashier's check and financing is available. For any alpacas that are sold, any tests or shots required for transport will be the responsibility of the buyer. All transport costs will be paid by the buyer. 30 days free boarding after sale is completed. Sale is complete when final payment of all money due is made. Animals will not depart until sale is final, and boarding after 30 days will be charged at a rate of $2.00/day/animal. Any veterinarian visits or shearing costs during boarding will be the responsibility of the buyer.
