PATAGONIA'S CALIDA
Calida hit the gene pool jackpot!

Her sire, Patagonia’s Ernesto is our superb Judge's Choice, 7x Champion & 5x Get of Sire award winning light brown herdsire. He is well known for his ability to stamp his positive traits onto each of his offspring. Her paternal grandsire is multi-champion Patagonia's Lennox.

Calida's dam, Patagonia's Harlow, is the daughter of 7x Champion Kaspa, who is the most beautiful shade of pink. His fleece is very bright, dense and crimpy yet has a very soft handle. Harlow's paternal granparents are El Padre & Melosa and her maternal grandsire is Danko.


Offspring:
On 7/1/2014, Calida gave us a handsome DB male sired by Patagonia's El Comisario, our champion producer who descends from the finest black line of Patagonia's genetics.

On 9/20/2016, Calida presented us with a lovely MB female sired by our Snowmass Pure Passion. Passion represents 30 years of passion in breeding for the perfect colored fleece on the most beautiful bodied alpaca. All of Passion's crias have amazing bright and very fine micron.
