RIBBON WINNER, LOW 17.6 AFD, BLACK GENETICS and CRIMP! These words all describe SA Peruvian Magic Taffy. Winner of the Blue Ribbon Bred & Owned at the Best of the US Alpaca Show 2013, she has proven herself to be a special treat! She is covered in high frequency crimp throughout her very fine, uniform, LIGHT FAWN fleece. Her dark expressive eye is sure to sweeten this deal.
This is definitely a combination of the colorful branches of her family terr. Her sire is out of Peruvian Black Magic, one of the pre-eminent black herdsires ever imported from Peru and his a maroon full Peruvian Camelot daughter. Black Magic Man is Full Peruvian with nothing but color in his background. His fleece is very fine and bright with a deep, tight crimp! ... envied on any alpaca but especially on a true black. His straight legs are covered with abundant black, curly fleece all the way down to, and covering his toes. His top knot is full and dense.

Adding to these colored genetics is Taffy’s dam, SA Peruvian Toffee, who is a quarter Accoyo, full Peruvian. A grand-daughter of Accoyo Cordero, our super dense and straight 50/50 Signature Herdsire, SA Peruvian Toffee emulates her high quality heritage. Her histogram showed her to have very fine fiber with an AFD of only 16.2 microns with exemplary coverage. She is straight with superior lines and proportion, generous fiber and correct conformation.
