Description

Honeysuckle comes from a dam who has produced multiple champions, and we think this female cria will be another champion. She has superior luster, uniform small locks, and great conformation. Her lineage is a blend of Accoyo, Peruvian, and Bolivian bloodlines. She is as cute as can be with her big doll eyes, and perky personality.

Honeysuckle was shown in halter as a juvenile and was awarded [RC]Reserve Champion at the Mapaca Jubilee Halter Show in the Light Suri female class of 9. She placed 2nd at the 2020 AOA Innovative Fleece Show, and 3rd at the 2020 Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show for Light Females. Wade Gease, JUdge, commented that she has a thin & organized lock with micron uniformity.

Her dam is a great producer and a great mom, and is currently bred to WRSR JackKnife by Fusion for a summer 2019 cria. Her sire, Branagan, has won multiple championships and 2 Judge's Choice Awards for his fleece. He is easy-going and good sized with great conformation. It appears that this combination of Rhianna and Branagan was a good match!

Her dam, Rhianna had produced a beautiful appaloosa female in 2019, so we decided to breed Honeysuckle to our harlequin appaloosa son of Fusion, Harley Quinn. He is a beautiful dark silver grey with appy spots on his legs, face, ears, and belly. We are anticipating and hoping for a dazzling appaloosa cria in May/June 2021.
