Description

Allegiance is the first cria sired by our 7 time banner winner Black Beau's Comet. If he is any sign of the type of crias Comet is going to sire, then we are definitely going to enjoy having Comet in our herdsire stable. Allegiance has great Suri conformation and a wonderful fleece that has great luster, a silky hand, and a nice uniform lock structure. Comet is a son of Black Beau, grandson of Diamonte, and great-grandson of Kobe. Yes, Comet is from that great PVA lineage. On the bottom of Comet's pedigree is a daughter of Saladin. Bay black Saladin sired some outstanding offspring including the true black champion Psylent Knight. Comet's dam's dam comes from a line that has great fleece stats in regards to fineness. Being sired by Comet means Allegiance has great genetics on the top of his pedigree.

The bottom of his pedigree may be even better. His dam is GLR Alia and she was a Black Color Chamion at Nationals, The Futurity, and The Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. She is a product of Great Lakes Ranch and was sired by their outstanding black herdsire Shavano. Shavano was named the Dark Herdsire of the Year in 2010 at The Futurity and was a prepotent herdsire for Great Lakes Ranch. Alia's dam was a Synergy daughter and Synergy was also an outstanding sire for both Great Lakes Ranch and Wilkin's Livestock Ranch. Synergy was a son of the great herdsire MacGyver that was named Dark Herdsire of the Year 7 times at The Futurity.

Allegiance is one very well bred boy with great genetics found everywhere on his certificate and it shows. For the longest time it was looking like he was a modern dark rose grey, then we thought it was coming in black at the skin, now we are pretty certain as the latest fleece shot shows, he is dark silver grey. And there is so much fleece on this boy!

We co-own Allegiance with Staci Forshee and he is currently standing at stud in Oklahoma.

Financing Terms

We are willing to do financing. We may also be willing to offer a discount for a cash purchase. If the purchase of an alpaca is financed, no interest will be charged if paid off in 1 year. Stud fees must be paid for in advance. Transport of a purchased alpaca to the buyer's farm is the buyer's responsibility unless some other agreed upon arrangement is made. If a breeding to one of our males is purchased, the transport of the female to and from our farm is the buyer's responsibility.
