Esmeraldo's fleece was shown for the first time at the 2013 IAO Fleece Show in Sacramento...He received a Color Championship and a 1st Place. The judge, Babs Manion gave him very high points: 15/15 for fineness, 14/15 for uniformity of micron, 13/15 for luster, 14/15 for primary to secondary ratio to name a few. His sire, MacGyver's Balboa, Dark Herdsire of the Year 2011 accumulated 13 Color Championships and 3 Reserve Color Championships on top of his multiple Special Award for Best Suri Locks...
