Gold's Kosmos was sired by the outstanding Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar son, HPR Alaskan Gold. Alaskan Gold won 11 blue ribbons, 5 championships, and was twice a Judge's Choice including one at The Futurity. He has an extremely dense, lustrous fleece. That fleece has a beautiful and consistent lock structure across the blanket and up the neck. His sire Goldstar has 20 Get Of Sire wins including 3 at National, 3 at The Futurity, and 1 at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. Alaskan Gold's dam is a well bred female named BBFAI Whirlwynd. Her pedigree includes the great herdsires Uribe, MacGyver, Sirius Black, Wirrpunda, and Eminance Grise. Alaskan Gold's breeding career is young at this time and his offspring are just ready to start hitting the show ring. All indications so far are that he is siring excellent offspring of all colors from white to black that have excellent luster like Kosmos, a wonderful lock structure like Kosmos, and a beautiful Suri phenotype stamped on all of them.

All of the credit for Kosmos can not only be given to his sire because his dam Electrofyre's Nova is the product of putting two multiple Judge's Choice winners together, WLK Electrofyre and Andean Vista's Vanity Fair. Both of them have outstanding EPD rankings that say their genetics will improve on every category of their offspring's fleece. That means Kosmos's dam Nova has a dense, lustrous, fine fleece and the genetics to pass those attributes on to her offspring. Nova also has a large, strong frame with a great substance of bone. Nova was not shown, but her genetics have produced a beautiful production female with a great fleece and a superb phenotype. And when you put a female like her with Alaskan Gold, you get outstanding offspring like Kosmos. He has good size, great substance of bone, a beautiful phenotype, and a fleece that is fine, is lustrous, is dense, has a great staple, and has beautiful locks. I guess that is what one would expect from a pedigree that we know has at least 14 Judge's Choice wins in it.
