Fern is the daughter of Patagonia's Vittorio, a solid-colored brown Nishio son whose fleece has extreme density and high frequency crimp. Vittorio's crias have been on our show string since in 2011. Her paternal grandsire, Nishio was the Black Color Champion at AOA, the 2004 All-American Herdsire of the Year and the 2007 Reserve All-American Herdsire of the Year, plus other recognition. along with receiving an amazing 8x Get of Sire awards.

Her maternal grandsire is modern dark silver grey Morning Star's Don Diego, a multi-blue winning son of Rincon Cloud. Diego's lineage of PPeruvian Pluro, Danko, grandsire Crescent Moon's Rayo Del Sol (6x Grand Color Champ) and Sire Emerald Farms Rincon Cloud 2005 AOBA Silver Nat'l Grand Champion.

For her maiden breeding, we exposed Fern to our 8x champion Kolbe son, Crescent Moon's Peachee Keen. She is due in November 2025.
