Calicanto, or Cali as we like to call her, is a beautiful true black female! She has given us three gorgeous crias so far. Two blacks and one grey! Description

Zorro what a stunning black male! Zorro is an exact image of his sire Zimbro with a lovely head, square conformation and great coverage on his legs. His fleece is a gorgeous lustrous black that has a lovely bold crimp that goes to the tips with a soft handle. We sadly have not been able to show Zorro yet, but we plan on entering him in some competitions in 2020. A very sweet boy, Zorro is quite curious and likes to sniff you when you are in the paddock. We are very happy to have this male in our breeding program and we plan to use him in 2020.

His great grandsire 382 Peruvian Zephyrus, is a 10x Champion who has won 16 First Place awards. In 2005 he was Futurity Reserve Herdsire of the Year! His great grandsire is also Bisturi, a 7x Champion who is one of the most consistent producers of grey and black offspring and is considered a legendary herdsire. Bisturi moved to Austria in 2013 and has an impressive pedigree.

His great great grandsire is the very well known PPPeruvian Royal Fawn 6014. Royal Fawn was an industry giant with unsurpassed influence on the North American alpaca gene pool. No other alpaca in North America has produced as many offspring, totaling 454 registered. He consistently produced show winners including 108 known champions and 329 blue ribbons in every solid color group. Hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers, Royal Fawn was the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Julio Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru. Royal Fawn was the 1999 and 2000 "Get-of-Sire" winner at the AOBA National Show.

Due to rising vet costs, any alpaca purchased from us where health papers and/or blood tests are needed for travel will be assessed a vet fee per alpaca. Fees are based on destination and will be added to the purchase price of the alpaca. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any alpaca for purchase.
