Lagerfeld, what an absolutely astounding rose grey male! Lagerfeld is one of our herd sires, he was bred with our very own Soulmate for a 2020 cria. We are very excited to see what this pair creates! Sadly, we have not had the time to show Lagerfeld but we plan to in 2020. His fleece is gorgeous! It has a lovely crimp that is very lustrous with very little black fibers. But what’s more impressive is his genetics! Wow, wow, wow! Grey galore! We are very excited to have this amazing male in our breeding program!

His grandsire is the very well known Aussie .38 Special, a 14x Champion who has won 22 First Place awards. He has the top 1% in one, top 5% in three and top 15% in two EPD categories. He has won the AOBA Nationals in halter, composite and fleece. Futurity Champion and Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year! He won the AOA Spirit of the Industry award (with his 8th fleece)!

His great grandsire Emerald Farm’s Orland Cloud, 5x Champion who has won 10 First Place awards. He was MAPACA’s Herdsire of the Year in 2013 and 2014!

His grandsire Kirwin, a 13x Champion who has won 11 First Place awards. His great great grandsire Show Me The Money, a 10x Champion who has won 10 First Place awards.

Also in his lineage, 4Peruvian Legacy 6016. He is the highest selling alpaca ever selling only half interest for $750,000...not just once but twice! He won Herd Sire of the Year in 2002 and Reserve Light Herd Sire of the Year in both 2005 and 2007 at the Futurity! PPPeruvian Royal Fawn 6014, hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers, Royal Fawn was the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Julio Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru. Royal Fawn was the 1999 and 2000 "Get-of-Sire" winner at the AOBA National Show. 6Peruvian Accoyo Elite 5057 IMPR98 one of the top imported peruvian huacaya alpacas. Peruvian Hemingway G171, top 1% in five EPD categories and also one of the top imported peruvian huacaya alpacas.
