Ruach, a blue-eyed white alpaca. A large male who produces a large amount of gorgeous white fleece! His fleece is very bright and fine with a long staple length. A spinner’s dream! Ruach is gelded and is a great fiber quality animal! Because his fleece is so nice he is not for sale :)

His great grandsire is Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, an 11x Champion who has won 19 First Place awards. In 2008, he was the first herdsire to win both Light and Dark Herdsire of the Year at The Futurity in both classes in a single year. He has won six Herdsire of the Year titles at the All American Futurity! His great grandsire is also Snowmass Invincible, an All American Futurity Champion. His great grandsire is also Crescent Moon’s El Patron, a 7x Champion who has won 17 First Place awards!

His grandsire is MFI Peruvian Precocious, an 8x Champion who has won 14 First Place awards. In 2012 he won Futurity Reserve Light Herdsire of the Year! His grandsire is also Snowmass Nova who was one of the most spectacular black males in the country, combining consistency (rare in blacks) with density. In 2005 he won Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year.

His great great grandisre is 4Peruvian Legacy 6016. He is the highest selling alpaca ever selling only half interest for $750,000...not just once but twice! He won Herd Sire of the Year in 2002 and Reserve Light Herd Sire of the Year in both 2005 and 2007 at the Futurity. His great great grandsire is also PPPeruvian Royal Fawn 6014, hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers, Royal Fawn was the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Julio Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru.

Also in his line, the very well known Snowmass Legacy Gold who won the All American Futurity Champion in 1999 and 2000. Peruvian Bueno G173, one of the top imported peruvian huacaya alpacas. Snowmass Peruvian Casanova, who was 2003 Futurity Herdsire of the Year. PPeruvian Caligula G4572, thought of by Don Julio as one of the best three sires to have left Accoyo. Peruvian Hemingway G171, top 1% in five EPD categories and one of the top imported peruvian huacaya alpacas. DERWYDD Peruvian Hamusac, top 25% in three EPD categories. Some other highly known alpacas: CCNF Archangel, MFI Peruvian Jericho, and Supernova.

Together, all the award winning alpacas in his lineage have won 49 Champions and 132 First Place awards.
