Huacaya, Herdsire (Male), Proven, Dark Fawn, Full Peruvian
    ARI# 32479508 | DOB: 7/9/2013
This is Impeccable's first male (rose grey sister was born in May)and we are SO pleased with the outcome of the pairing of our Shotsie with him. Impeccable is an 8x champion and 14x blue ribbon winning fawn full accoyo. Shotsie has fawn Accoyos Leon & Felix as grandsires, and fawn Accoyo Goldsmith as her sire. Combined with Impeccable's dam coming from the great mf Victor, and his sire Polaris' El Nino line that is famous for throwing dams color...well let's just say "Fawn rules". His maternal ...

    Dam:
    JJA Peruvian Capri

Capri will be staying here for awhile as she produced a gorgeous cria that was dark brown-bay black with a smokey hue and gorgeous fiber. Unfortunately, the cria was in a horrible delivery position and didn't make it. After seeing what Impeccable was putting out in cria, we have bred just about all our girls to him including Capri recently. Capri's dam is for sale so check her out. UPDATE 2014: Capri produced a gorgeous fawn female named Shiloh. Delivered quickly and unassisted. Lots of milk and attentiveness :)
Capri has a gorgeous head, fleece (check out 2012 stats), and conformation! Great heritage with CPeruvian Winchester, Black Magic, Royal Eros (Royal Fawn line)as grandsires. Her maternal 1/2 sister is a color champion, reserve champion and multi-blue ribbon girl. Her sire is a 6 time blue ribbon winner and has produced blue ribbon winners, such as Adonis' Adorable. She looks very, very much the same as Josie and Dory except for shiny white fleece vs brown. Her fiber is unbelievable. Not only is it super fine (16.2), it is extremely crimpy, bundled, long staple and very dense. She has enough potential to win big in the white classes. With the darker parents and black grandparents, she could create any color with great fleece. She is also a very calm alpaca which makes it a pleasure to provide for her.
First show: Spring Bling, Judge said she was the "clear choice". Loved her conformation, presence etc...
Capri is a fleece machine. Even though we have her legs sheared just like the others on the farm, she still has huge looking legs with the fiber growth.
Capri has been kept open reluctantly due to space constraints on the farm and the worry that an injury to her hip during shearing would cause a pregnancy to be delicate. A new vet that we have confidence in said that she would just need to be somewhat restrained in her movement last month of pregnancy. We did breed her to a male who's lines are not large size wise to make sure nothing bad the pregnancy more of a strain than normal. She is just to good a girl to have yearning to be a mom again.
Capri had a incredible white male that will be in our show string in 2020 if not sold with dam. His fleece is remarkably like hers yet even more fine and dense it seems. We named her boy Filson's Phillip. We need to keep her open to rebreed for early spring as the long walk to our pastures is very hard on her during late pregnancy. She is a fantastic mother with huge milk supply. Her cria is totally robust.

    Description

Phillip's dam is our multi reserve champion (huge white classes back then) Capri who has Royal Fawn lines through Royal Adonis and Hobby Horse's Winchester lines through her dam Avalon's Sierra. Then add the Accoyo Polaris and El Nino/Victor lines through Phillips sire Accoyo Impeccable's Filson and you can tell that this guy is impressive. His fiber was so amazing at birth and the first 2 inches are the best white I've seen but then he broadens out quite a bit. His dam lost quite a bit of weight this fall and winter which is why, I believe his fleece suffered. Now that he is weaned he should get back to that. He is a sweet boy and will eventually be a great representation of his parents. His sire is a rare dark fawn full accoyo who did really well at the shows.
