    Sire:
    GMFA Spalding
    | AOA# 31237222  | Dark Rose Grey  |
10x Grey Champion | Elite Modern Rose Grey | Influential Herdsire

Spalding was an exceptional herdsire and a true standout in the alpaca industry. A 10x Grey Male Full Fleece Champion, he represented the highest level of quality in modern rose grey alpacas and set a standard for both phenotype and production.

He was admired for his rare and highly sought-after color—modern dark rose grey—with complete uniformity from nose to toes and no white spotting. His fleece was nothing short of outstanding, offering remarkable density, excellent staple organization, and extreme uniformity in both color and fineness, extending well into the neck and legs.

Spalding also excelled in conformation, with a strong, balanced frame and undeniable presence—truly loaded with curb appeal. He was the total package, combining elite fleece traits, structure, and color into one unforgettable male.

His production record further solidified his legacy. With approximately 87% of his registered offspring producing grey and black through 2016, Spalding consistently passed on his desirable color genetics along with his quality fleece and conformation.

Though Spalding passed away in 2021, his influence remains strong. He has left behind numerous outstanding offspring both on our farm and across the country, continuing to carry forward his exceptional genetics.

Spalding was a cornerstone herdsire whose legacy will continue to shape grey breeding programs for years to come. He is greatly missed.

    Dam:
    Accoyo America Rose
    | AOA# 30396272  | Light Fawn  |
Foundation Female | Full Peruvian | Legacy Producer

Rose was a beautiful light fawn, ½ Accoyo Full Peruvian female with an outstanding pedigree and an even more remarkable presence. She was sired by Camilio’s Accoyo Endurance, a son of PPeruvian Camilo, and out of 5Peruvian Carabaya—bringing together strong Accoyo genetics known for consistency and quality.

Rose was admired for her perfect bite, excellent conformation, and incredibly friendly personality. She was gentle with both people and herd mates, and she was especially known for her affectionate nature—always happy to greet you with a kiss on the cheek.

Her production record speaks to her value as a foundation female. She was bred to Accoyo America Centurion (a son of PCA Accoyo El Nino) and delivered a patterned female cria in 2008. She was later bred to 6x Color Champion Accoyo America Prince, producing a beige female, Prince’s Peruvian Snowdrop, who earned a Championship at just 6 months old at the 2009 Michigan International Alpaca Fest.

Rose continued to produce quality offspring, including a male cria, Dynamite, also sired by Prince, and an outstanding male, Insolito, sired by Snowmass Invincible in 2013. Her cria consistently reflected her strong genetics, fleece quality, and structure.

Rose’s lineage is further strengthened through PCA Accoyo El Nino, widely regarded as one of the most influential herdsires in the industry, known for his elite fleece characteristics, density, and consistency across generations.

Though Rose has passed, her legacy lives on through her offspring and the continued strength of her genetics within our program. She was a truly special female—both in what she produced and the joy she brought to the farm.

    Description

Elite Pedigree Female | Spalding Daughter | Bred to Zagato Line

Rosa Linda is one of our standout females and a beautiful representation of some of our strongest genetics. She is sired by 10x Champion Spalding and out of our exceptional foundation female, Accoyo America Rose—making her a female backed by both performance and proven lineage.

She is a well-balanced female with strong conformation and carries herself with the presence you expect from this level of pedigree. Rosa Linda continues to mature nicely and represents the kind of female that adds depth and value to any breeding program.

Rosa Linda has already begun to prove herself in production. She delivered a brown male, Comanche, sired by FT Gunner—a pairing that brought together outstanding fleece traits and strong genetics.

She has been rebred to FT Gunner for a 2026 cria. Gunner, a son of the legendary Sunset Hills Zagato, carries an impressive show record along with a strong frame, excellent conformation, and luxuriously soft fleece with high-amplitude crimp. His pedigree traces back to influential lines including Seena, Andian Pride, and Seena’s Goldilocks. Early in his breeding career, Gunner is already producing darker offspring and a variety of colors, including greys when paired appropriately.

This repeat breeding offers exciting potential for another high-quality cria with strong fleece traits, solid conformation, and desirable color outcomes.

Rosa Linda is a female with elite genetics, a growing production record, and a carefully selected breeding—making her a great opportunity for breeders looking to build on proven lines.
