In 2011, we announced that our "newest" herdsire is the very last of the import "B Line" Accoyo males, 6Peruvian Accoyo Tsunami. Tsunami had not been on the east coast before, to my knowledge. For the uninitiated, Don Julio Barreda added the B or Select Line in response to market forces that placed a premium on fineness, and he selected the B Line for fineness as opposed to fleece weights.
