Description

Anastasia has a classic look to her with a stylish topnot and feminine features.
She has good coverage, long staple, and uniform color. Where her architecture lacks she makes up for in her rich silver grey color.
Her silver grey fleece is one of our favorites for handspinning, and dying, and her yarn is a best seller from our farm store. *The color is gorgeous!
Her last AFD was at 26.3µ.
She is halter trained, food motivated (will eat from your hand), curious, alert, observant, intelligent, and walks well on lead.
She is higher in the herd order, and is not interested in breeding.
She gets spirited at feeding time and is not shy about spiting at other alpacas.
Her default for herd health is to "freeze" or cush and would do best with experienced handlers who can manage these behaviors during herd health.
Anastasia has a lot of personality and intelligence.

We do not recommend her for breeding as she has never shown interest or cushed for any herdsire we have put with her. She would be a fiber/companion.
She would shine as a pasture pet, or 4H project for anyone wanting to spin their own yarn, and who loves her coloring.

We do not sell to farms that are:
Looking for only 1 alpaca.
Want to use an alpaca as a livestock guardian.
Keep males with females.

Financing Terms

Standard industry contracts are used. You may take possession of your alpacas once the down payment is received and the “contract for purchase” signed by both parties. Transfer of ownership with ARI will not occur until full payment is received. Financing is available. Breedings include 60 day agistment unless otherwise noted. Special pricing often available for multiple alpaca purchases or multiple breeding purchase. Transportation responsibility of buyer. No other discounts apply unless negotiated otherwise.
