ESTATES MONA LOA BY MATISSE
Mona Loa is the daughter of Patagonia Estates Sakima, a gorgeous jet-black male with fabulous dense bundling from head to tail. Genetics for Sakima include Snowmass Andean Midnight and Patagonia's Lennox. Not only is Sakima a black 6x Champion, but many of his progeny are champions in the show ring as well!

Her maternal grandsire is Snowmass Andean Midnight, our dynamite true black male with extreme fineness. His grandsire is none other than Andean Bronze, the sire of Royal Bronze - from Snowmass' vicuna type alpaca retaining fineness under 20 microns after reaching maturity. Andean Midnight has sired numerous champions, including 26x Champion, Estates Stradivarius and 2014 Judge's Choice & Color Champion, Estates Andean Daisann!

On our 2022 show string, Mona Loa brought home a 2nd place ribbon from the 2022 California Classic in Walking Fleece (*Our Estates Zorro the Magnificent won first place and Color Champion). She then went on to win 2nd Place at the 2022 Futurity.

In 2024, Mona Loa by Matisse had FOUR traits ranking in the Top 25% EPDs!
