    JJA Dozer's Deja VuBred

Huacaya, Open (Female), Proven | Bay Black

    AOA# 30718647   D.O.B. 6/17/2021 (5 yrs)  (Due Date: 9/1/2026), Full Peruvian

    Sire:
    JJA Adonis' Dozer
    | AOA# 30461888  | Bay Black  |
Dozer did fantastic in the show ring. He is carrying the fantastic phenotype of both his sire JJA Royal Adonis and his dam HRAZ Alegra. Alegra is a Legacy daughter who herself won 7 championship in both halter and fleece. I managed her for our boarder and always thought she would do her best bred to Adonis. Finally, that came to be and I quickly purchased this boy and never looked back. His presence is extraordinary which was true of both parents. Delve into the fiber and he has wonderful, soft, consistent bay black fiber that is also very dense. The bone on this boy is large and his bite right on! His dam took on the sire's color consistently and Adonis colors up greatly so I'm sure if you put this boy on a dark female you will come up with a dark fleece that feels like a white fleece. You could also breed to any of your girls to add the dominant genes for his extreme crimp(Legacy really puts that out),straight frame, large bones. Add the perfect conformation and you are sure to have a winner! Check out the impressive show wins keeping in mind that they were highly competitive (especially the GWAS show!). We were in the top with Irish Meadows and Magical Farms at most shows. Sorry, I have not had a histogram done on him recently but I have used his blanket for my yarn which I'm very picky about!
Check out Darby! His first cria is 2 shades darker than the dam for a medium brown beautiful female. Wish we could have taken her to Nationals in 2016 as she placed 2nd behind the juvey who took the championship there. She also took home a blue at MOPACA! In 2017 she took a first at Nationals and a 2nd at the MOPACA show behind the National Color Champion who was in the combined brown class vs separate like at Nat'l. We only bred a few girls due to herd size when Dozer was starting to breed. His other daughter Dozer's Dynamite (Dyna) sold as a yearling in 2019 after doing excellent in the show ring as well.
I'm having a tough time using this guy to his potential with my darker females being related to his Sire.
A Champion Full Peruvian with proven strong genetics on both sides. He has just turned 13 and has several years of breeding left in him.

    JJA Evangeline

Huacaya, Bred (Female), Proven, Dark Brown, Full Peruvian
    ARI# 32727685 | DOB: 8/19/2015
Evangeline's name means Good News and she was indeed! Her fiber stats are a replica of Darby who has done fantastic in the show ring including 1st at Nationals in halter 2017. Darby just possesses slightly more density. This girl is darker with the same fineness!
Her Sire Seismic is a Black Jag son who competed against his half brother Jacob Black (Irish Meadows) who is an undefeated TB and doesn't do outside breedings. Seismic is available to everybody who would love a TB. Check out h...

Huacaya, Herdsire (Male), Proven, Medium Silver Grey, Full Peruvian
    ARI# 35271468 | DOB: 11/13/2015
Update: Primus is a grey maker! He has made grey even with brown and bay black girls without the grey parents. He has also made gorgeous blacks. One just born from a bay black girl looks just like him. He was born on August 1st 2024.
Color Champion at 41.5 mths!! Judges have really liked him but CC has been going to the much younger animals. The fact that he is still so soft with consistency and long staple AS A BREEDER along with perfect conformation was appreciated! See his stats. only 2.6...

    Description

Deja Vu looks just like her proud sire JJA Adonis' Dozer who's show record speaks for itself. Always neck & neck with noteworthy guys. He is very related to our darker females so doesn't get used much. So far he has made Darby & Dynamite who were the dams colors (dark fawn, med.brown) with no darker genes above them. Now Deja Vu's dam Evangeline is sired by our true black Seismic who routinely makes black and grey when bred to those. When he bred to Evangeline's dam a light fawn out of whites, she made the darkest cria of her life. Evangeline is a gorgeous maroon with black points. Evy actually had the same exact fiber stats as Dozer's daughter Darby who took a blue at Nationals, but Evy was lacking the high amp crimp. Now with Deja, we have big time density & the blue ribbon winning fineness and attention getting conformation with a proud stature. Someday I'll get a better fleece photo. It's very "well nourished" shiny and I didn't adjust camera for that so it looks dry and lighter than the rich shiny black it is but you at least can see that crimp. Just a few of the great males behind this girl are Royal Apollo, Black Magic, 4Peruvian Legacy, Black Jag, Winchester (Hobby Horse). Great gals back her up as well. This girl has a ton of potential.
Deja was bred to our Impeccable son Preacher who has a grey dam. Preacher's black is from the grey's mother. Preacher apparently makes fawn if the dam has a fawn grandparents because his sire is recessive fawn. So, we have an amazingly fleeced medium fawn boy named Lennox from Deja's maiden voyage.
She was bred to Primus Oct. 1 2025

Look at the color behind this guy.Lennox's color was not what I was expecting but the fawn grandparent genetics certainly showed up in lovely fashion....
