Description

Andante is a son of the great herdsire Eldora’s Tempo by Rockstar, who won Get of Sire at the 2017 and the 2021 Suri Network Fleece Shows and has won Judges Choice awards at both the AOA and the Suri Network Fleece Shows. Andante’s dam, SSSA Elana’s Onenita is the daughter of two Champions, 3x Champion LCA Elana and 4x Color Champion, 5x Reserve Champion BRKRD Accoyo Force One. With this pedigree, it’s no wonder this boy sports loads of fiber with incredible luster!

Andante also has incredible fineness and uniformity: his first histogram came back with a 16.6 AFD, SDAFD of 3.8 and % Fibers Greater Than 30 Microns of 0.0.

Andante is also one of our calmest alpacas, standing completely still while we groom him for a show or shearing. He doesn’t run up to us wanting neck rubs or “kisses” like some of our alpacas, but he is easy to halter and a joy to lead.
