Description

Starshire's Salem is a striking True Black girl. She is well-grown for her age, has a beautiful head, solid bone and well-balanced conformation. Her fleece is silky fine and very dense. Salem had FOUR traits in the Top 25% EPDs for 2022! She has a strong background of black and grey, and would be the perfect foundation dam for such a program.

Salem is one of the last offspring of multi-champion, Crescent Moon's Kryptonite, an awesome black male with a great show record and incredible offspring. In 2006, Kryptonite was sold for 1/2 interest for $175,000 making him second in line as the highest priced black alpaca ever sold. Kryptonite was a National Champion in 2002 & 2003 and was the Futurity Reserve Black Male Champion. He won six additional Championships under many different judges & spanning three spring show seasons. Salem is also the paternal granddaughter of 4Peruvian Legacy 6016 (a 29x Get of Sire ribbon winner). Legacy was the 2002 Futurity Herdsire of the Year; and the Reserve Light Herdsire of the Year in both 2005 and 2007. In 2005, Legacy sold for a world record setting price which still stands today.

Her dam, Liberty's Silver-Star, is a medium silver grey with a fine fleece and long staple. Her maternal grandsire is multi-champion, TAG Peruvian Bellagio.

On 10/21/18, Salem gave birth to a beautiful medium brown female sired by Snowmass Divine Love.

On 5/24/21, Salem had a lovely true black female sired by our multi-champion, Amber Autumn Troy.

On 6/18/22, Salem presented us with a handsome true black male also sired by Amber Autumn Troy.

On 6/17/23, Salem gave us a wonderful true black female sired by Amber Autumn Ameretto.

On 6/18/24, Salem presented us with a handsome true black male sired by our gorgeous 6x black champion, Patagonia Estates Sakima.

On 7/6/25, Salem gave us a good-looking true black male sired by our champion US Steel son, Estates Silver Titan.
