Adonnis is nothing short of AMAZING and covered in a beautiful grey fleece. Adonnis in mythology was a very handsome fellow, but he's got nothing on this Adonnis!

We bought Adonnis in 2013 for a rather cheap price, along with a quarter of the Crescent Moon Ranch herd to help us improve our bloodlines. He did more than just that -- he put us on the maps. We sadly lost Adonnis on March 30, 2015. We were left with very few offspring but have acquired his best daughters from Scott and Debbie over the years. He will be missed but remembered with his amazing offspring. We will be keeping Adonnis on our Herdsire row as a reference sire. With about 103 AOA Registered Offspring at the time of his death at 10 years of age, Adonnis was a cornerstone grey stud. ATV Adonnis was recognized as one of the most influential grey Huacaya herdsires in the nation, shown through his outstanding fleece stats, eleven champion banners, award winning offspring, and the improvement in every breeding he did. We take great pride in being able to have Adonnis in our herd, despite it being for a short period of time.

Natalie Cole's heritage is incredible on both sides. On one side she has PPPeruvian Cahuide A6020, Michelangelo, and PPeruvian Guellermo G4546, and on the dam's side she has Snowmass Peruvian Casanova, Snowmass Silver Spirit, Peruvian Bueno G173, Aladdin of KPR, and 5Peruvian Royal Inca Legend 9058. Wow, who wouldn't want those kind of ancestors? And to boot, I think she has decided to be a grey. Natalie has good character, brightness and a long staple length to her fleece.

Both Natalie Cole's sire and dam have lovely dispositions, and her grandmother, Nutmeg, is on the ranch in our foundation herd. Nutmeg is a tremendous mother, has plenty of milk, beautiful fleece, and the prettiest fleece.

Nickles N Dimes' bloodline is known for their excellent fleece. She is the daughter of Snowmass Silver Signature, the "elite grey” from Snowmass Alpacas used as the standard of excellence in their silver-grey breeding program. Signature is a beautiful, compact, typey male whose outstanding genetics include Snowmass Royal Flush, Snowmass Andean Bronze, 4Peruvian Andean Gold 6019, Snowmass Peruvian Casanova, and Peruvian Bueno.

Her maternal grandsire is 11X Champion, ATV Adonnis, who took 2012 Futurity Reserve Herdsire for dark colored offspring. Adonnis is out of Mr Roosevelt, a champion producer who was a cornerstone for Crescent Moon's black and grey program. Her maternal gg grandsire is Peruvian Andrajo, a full Alianza male imported in 1993 with Hemingway and Bueno. At 20+ years, Andrajo still had 23.8-micron fleece.

Nickles N Dimes had Top 15% EPDs in 2024! She was re-bred to our exceptional grey stud, AspenAlpacas Earl Grey for her next cria. She is due in August 2026.
