His fleece shimmers with luster on the inside and outside and his highly aligned, dense, fine locks are absolutely stunning. No wonder when you see his biopsy and histogram results.

SHIP - In 2017, Quebracho was evaluated by Cheryl Gehly of the Suri Network Suri Herd Improvement Program (SHIP) and received top scores (1-5 with 5 being the highest score possible). He scored 5s on all conformation traits and 4's and 5's on his fleece traits with an overall score of 4.625!

HISTO - Most recently holding a 24.5 micron; not bad for a 9-year old breeding male!

In addition to his 2017 Futurity blue, he earned the 2017 AOA banner and Judge's Choice award at the National Fleece Show besting 97 entries... he earned a total of six blues during his show career!

Quebracho comes from the highest quality champion genetics. His multi-champion stud female line includes the best: Arizona Sage, Accoyo Starcrossed, Eleuteria and Accoyo Harmony. His sire, SBS Stardust, is a multi champion, with all star genetics behind him as well. Lingering fineness is a hallmark of his genetic pool coming from his dam side. Look at the color genetics behind this male. He should throw amazing color in his crias when bred to color, along with his lingering fineness, luster and density.

He has produced seven female and five male cria for us! We were able to show four and were rewarded with many 1sts and two banners!

Now is the time for the new small breeder of exceptional suri alpacas to upgrade their breeding program to a suri male in the top 1% in the country. Since we have five daughters we are able to let a 50% interest go for the discerning breeder.

Description

The pairing of Big Timber's Quebracho and SDAF WAPU's Heidi Anne, both multiple championship banner winners, produced a beautiful white female that took a 2nd in the halter class of 5 at CABA in April, 2023 as a juvenile and again at the dual show in California, Gold Country Gathering and CALPACA. We are planning to continue to show her as a yearling before joining our female stud row!

She is now confirmed (U/S) pregnant to Big Timber Jeremiah's Jesse! Wow, a cross between Jeremiah and Josef in his pedigree!
