Avalon's Jacob Black's offspring, as of Fall 2020, have won 92 Color Champions, 71 Reserve Color Champions and 239 First Place awards!

Jacob Black won Reserve Dark Herdsire at the 2015 Futurity and the 2016 Futurity! What an incredible achievement!

In 2012 every show Jacob Black was entered in, he won the Color Champion every time, even at the Futurity and Nationals! Jacob Black started showing when he was nine months old, and since that time, he bannered in every show he went to, with the exception of a blue ribbon at the Futurity when he was 10 months old. He finished 2012 with a stellar 19 halter champion banners!

Jacob Black has great conformation, a beautiful fleece, and a handsome head. His true black fleece is extremely uniform with a very expressive crimp style found normally on white animals. His personality is laid back and gentle.

Description

IRISH MEADOWS' STORMI
Stormi is a well conformed female with great bone and stylish head covered with a fine fleece. She is the daughter of the famous Avalon's Jacob Black. Jacob Black is a 19x Black Champion, who also won Reserve Dark Herdsire at the 2015 Futurity and the 2016 Futurity shows! His crias are outstanding, and many of them are already champions themselves!

Her dam, Irish Meadows' Shades of Rose, is a light rose gray Peruvian Shades of Silver daughter bringing genetics we don't have into our foundation herd. Stormi's maternal grandsire is 5x Champion, Irish Meadows P Shades of Silver. Her maternal great grandsire, Legend’s Peruvian Revelation of KPR, is a stunning, full Peruvian, 7x LSG Champion. Notable genetics also include Peruvian Royal Inca Legend.

Stormi brought home a Blue Ribbon from her only show, the 2019 AOA National Show!


Offspring:
When bred to Ikon, Stormi produced a very nice dark gray cria with multiple spots (which appears to be the new "in").

On 6/13/23, Stormi had a handsome dark brown male sired by Jac Daniels of ATV (a Jacob Black son).

On 10/8/25, Stormi gave us a beautiful light fawn female sired by our 8x Champion Kolbe son, Crescent Moon’s Peachee Keen.
