Description

Every year, there is always one cria that holds a special place in our hearts. Autary is that cria.

Autary has a unique story. She tragically became orphaned at the age of 1 ½ month old. Refusing the bottle, she displayed unwavering determination to find herself a new mom. After weeks of persistence and force-feeding, she found a new family with another female, Cup Cake, and a brother, Amaretto. Their close bond is a testament to Autary's resilience and spirit.

While Autary may be of the *wrong* colour for our breeding program, being one of the rare roan alpacas we’ve produced, her qualities have earned her a permanent place here. Her conformation is impeccable, she plays a vital role in our agritourism activities. Her fleece is dense with nice crimp, brightness, and staple length.

Autary is sired by 9x Champion, Tiger Lily Conopa’s Smoak. On her maternal side, she comes from a long line of farm favourites, her dam and granddam being incredibly friendly, just as she is. She carries the genetics of Snowmass Conopa XXX, Bolivian Ice Man, MMR Arequipina, MMR Marcoyo, and Jolimont Peruvian Alpamayo.
