Today (12/8/2011) was a very sad day at North Plains Alpacas, we said goodbye to Rico. He died early this morning of congestive heart failure. We thank the Lord for such a gift, and so thankful for the offspring we have and the ones coming in 2012!

Wow! This lovely female has an amazing fleece, bundling, brightness, character, and fineness. As well as good bone and a good bite.
She has continued to hold wonderful fleece attributes as a breeding female! Daphne has also been a wonderful mother and we look forward to seeing her next offspring.

Daphne has proven to be a foundation female and will remain on this ranch until her last days.
