Alex is a very sweet girl and great mother! She has had 4 crias for us so far and has had flawless births. She even makes sure that her crias eat on a regular schedule!!

We couldn't ask for a nicer female. Alex has an easy-going temperament that makes her one of our favorite keepers! She also is exhibiting some really nice luster as she ages!

Interestingly, this true black female has given us two medium fawn crias when bred to white and fawn males.

Description

WOW! FINALLY we have a black cria from Cinch and Alex. This boy is super sweet..just like all Alex's crias. He weighed in at 18.8 pounds and he is eating like a champ. Alex is a great momma and has LOADS of milk, so we are expecting him to gain well as he grows!

"Elias the Black" has lots of wrinkles on his neck and topline and a very nice luster to his fleece. We are watching him with great expectations for his future!

Elias appeared to be a true black at birth, but at almost a month old, he is looking bay black..... time will tell, but we will take him either way! He looks very promising!!

Dec 2023-- After a few months of growth and an official color check, we have confirmed that Elias is indeed true black!! His fleece is still developing but he is coming along very well!! He is such a nice boy to handle, with a great personality too!!
