Description

Alpine Sun, the highly anticipated first cria of Val d’Isère Alpine Spirit, a 3x Reserve Champion herdsire, son of Red Granites Val d’Lsère!

Possessing a calm demeanor reminiscent of both his dam and sire, Alpine Sun exhibits true-to-type conformation. His fleece is remarkably bright and displays a high degree of density. As he matures, his crimp style is tightening up at his skin. His fleece regrowth is improving nicely!

Aloha Sunshine, his dam, is one of my favorite Magnus daughters with a lineage tracing back to ARA Chananza and MMR Marcoyo. On the paternal side, Alpine Spirit, his sire, stands as the sole Val D’Lsère son in Canada and one of three outside the US. He carries a double dose of Snowmass Matrix Rose genetics.

Colour genotype: although never tested, we can predict his results are Ee Aa1

Although our herd size is back to what we once maintained, the new responsibilities of running our manufacturing facility require us to downsize a bit...
