Description

Seeking the ideal show ready grey male and perfect future herdsire? If so, with elite pedigree, solid conformation, advanced fleece and a personable disposition; Barcardi is the one for your program.

His sire is SA Peruvian Blue Laser - the 2022 Small Farm Reserve Herdsire of the Year, a multiple color champion in his own rite and the sire of multiple color champion offspring. His dam is CCAP Rumm Over Ice - an AOA National Halter winner and offspring of the spectacular champion black herdsire, Rumm Runner. Bacardi’s conformation is spot on – proportioned perfectly, solid frame, strong legs and an attractive head. His fleece is very desirable – fine, dense and lengthy with high frequency, low amplitude character. Also, he is a low maintenance, easy keep.

Bacardi’s MC1R + ASIP Genotype is Ee aa and his Grey/Non-Grey status is classic grey, making him a very attractive addition to any dark and/or grey breeding program. He will be participating showing in our spring, 2024 show string.
