So happy to have this beautiful girl back in our herd! Thank you, Michelle Alexander, for allowing us to purchase her back! She's the epitome of what we look for in a breeding suri - strong breeding soundness with a balanced frame, excellent capacity, strong bone and early maturity. On that frame she displays a lustrous fleece that is uniform in color, lock style, and handle with excellent density and she tops it off with a beautiful phenotype and head style.

Wowza's female cria by multi-champion Macgyverson's Peruvian Enrique made a grand entrance on the 4th of July, 2017. 361 days of gestation, Breath of Snow & Ice totally worth the wait. Wowza"s 2018 Black Ice female cria, Wonderschon, will blow you away with her luster and density.

Wowza has proven herself as a foundation female. Her natural mothering instincts and quality/health of her offspring are more than we could hope for in a quality herd addition. This girl is certainly going to be an impact female.

On 5/13/23 Wowza delivered one of our first NorthStar cria.....and he didn't disappoint! Jackpot by NorthStar wowed the judges as a juvenile in the showring! He's a gorgeous medium brown, same color as mom, and with a birth weight of nearly 21 lbs., he's got a sturdy frame, very upright and full of himself! Fleece has intense luster, density, and a very silky handle. One-half interest in him was purchased by Pines Edge Farm - thank you, Linda Kondris!


Wowza slipped her breeding for a 2024 cria and we waited for NorthStar to return from Montana to rebreed her. She's bred to NorthStar for a 4/2025 cria! Ultrasound confirmed pregnant on 9/18/24!

Description

JACKPOT, son of the amazing Northstar, is ready to take the Pines Edge herd to the next level. Jackpot earned 2 Judge's Choice Awards along with 10 championships in just his juvenile year of showing and he was champion at both the AOA National Show and Futurity! Jackpot has an amazing fleece with brilliant luster throughout his well defined locks. His fleece has high density with smooth hand and he is a solid boy with strong bone and spot on conformation. Jackpot's AFD was just 19 microns at 2 years of age.

Jackpot's sire, NorthStar, is a 6X Judge's Choice Winner, 10X Color Champion and his kids are rocking the show ring. Jackpot's dam, Wyuna's Wowza, is a 3 time champion including AOA Nationals and she exhibits strong fleece characteristics of luster and lock,

We are very excited to have the opportunity of sharing this impressive herdsire with Randy and Barbara at Wings and A Prayer alpacas.

Can't wait to put Jackpot to work at Pines Edge. Crossing genetics from the Uproar and Northstar lines should be nothing short of spectacular.
