Congratulations and thank you to Lee and Susan Allison of Goshen Meadows Farm, for their purchase of Estates Desert Dream Wonderment.

Wonderment as we call her is an amazing combination of genetics. We rolled the dice and we lucky to get a black female with our herdsire Snowmass Majesty in Moonlight’s genetics. She is absolutely jet black!

Wonderment is a beautiful young female with a beautiful phenotype consisting of great coverage, a full head, correct conformation and bite, on a compact and stout frame. Her fleece does not disappoint with good fineness and uniformity with a brilliant black shine. It is very soft with a great staple length and pleasing crimp style.

Wonderment’s sire is our outstanding 6x champion, and multiple champion producer Sakima. Sakima is known for not only the softness he adds to his cria but the density, superior fineness, beautiful brightness, independent bundling, and extending of the prime fiber area. On the conformation side Sakima has good substance of bone, correct conformation, a square frame, and coverage from his head to his toes! . Genetics for Sakima include Snowmass Andean Midnight and Patagonia's Lennox, a magical combination for success! Sakima's progenies have been recognized in the USA and Internationally. His offspring were awarded BOTH Male & Female 2021 AOA National Invited Champion Banners! In 2024 his offspring are still taking banners! Wonderment’s dam, Iceland Moonlight, is a beautiful large-framed fawn female sired by 6x Champion Snowmass Majesty in Moonlight. This pedigree also contains Snowmass Matrix Majesty, Snowmass Matrix, Patagonia’s Neruda, and Patagonia’s El Vasco.
