Description

We liked the Aragorn daughter that we bought from Roy Anderson last year so much, we bought her dam this spring! Jakira didn't have a 2024 cria, but our juvenile Aragorn son, Midnight Sky, decided that she would make a great mother substitute and followed her around constantly, much to her annoyance!

Jakira's sire is Black Beau's Comet, a 7-time banner winning son of the legendary Black Beau of PVA. Her dam, USA Peruvian Jakarta, produced six offspring with 20 banners between them.

Jakira's fleece is incredibly lustrous and dense: we sheared 6.5 pounds (3.6 pound blanket) of 23 micron fleece from her this spring. We are looking forward to seeing the offspring she and Bijou produce!
