Description

In all the years of walking in circles, winning ribbons and chasing banners, the 2014 Great Western Alpaca Show is perhaps one of our most memorable. It was the first time an alpaca bred by Happy Hounds won Judge’s Choice. That alpaca is H2R Seraphina. Since being retired from showing, we’ve sold only one of Sera’s descendants - a daughter named H2R Seren. However, Laurie will tell you that selling Seren is one of her biggest regrets as a breeder! She tried to buy her back and we fully understand why Red Granite Ranch graciously declined the offer. This just goes to show how much we covet H2R Sierra’s maternal line. Sierra’s sire, Snow Diamond Absinthe, needs no introduction. Her grandsire, Snowmass Velvet Touche, is our all-time favorite herdsire. To say that H2R Sierra is special is an understatement, so we will let her photos, history and pedigree speak for itself.
