    Shak is a wonderful macho.

    Histograms for Shak's cria's juvie fleeces are mostly 14 to 16 microns, with some 17-18 microns. Crimp tightens over the first year and the fleece quality maintains to 5-6 years old or longer. Above average density and good brightness and length too! And all healthy crias!

    Shak is a gorgeous, calm male with a gentle nature. He is correct and compact with a dense crimpy fleece still in 2026!

    Fabulous fleece! This Shak son out of our 14 micron gray dam, Mellona, is a keeper. Note that Mellona's high fleece curvature increased as she aged. Mel's fleece has good density and brightness with extreme fineness and crimp. Note that (unskirted) cria fleeces on our past champions have weighed 2.0 pounds at 17 microns and Mel's cria fleece weighs 2.8 pounds at 14 microns.
