Vicki delivered a gorgeous very dark brown Golden Legend son Iliad, who went on to win a blue ribbon in a class of 5 yearlings at GWAS 2015. Vicki has proven herself to be an excellent mom! Nothing more we could ask of this girl.

Description

Macpaca’s Sagrada blends the elite fleece genetics of Snowmass with the color-producing strength of Mile High Deacon Grey, making her an outstanding foundation female for dark and grey breeding programs.

Her sire, Snowmass Divine Legacy XX, is known for lasting fineness and uniformity, while her dam, New Forest Victoria, carries Mile High Deacon Grey’s proven grey influence. This pedigree gives Sagrada the ability to combine fineness, density, and desirable color outcomes.

Sagrada is a proven producer of black. She is the dam of High Desert’s Stryker, a true black male sired by Mercury, already showing density, staple length, and promising fleece quality. She has also proven herself to be an attentive, reliable mother with a calm, easy-to-handle temperament, making her a pleasure to work with. Although she didn't allow him to nurse, Sagrada recently fostered an orphaned male cria, allowing him to eat with and lay near her and her own male cria of the same age. Sagrada is a treasure.

She is currently bred to CSAF 38 Special's Mercury Rising. This is a repeat breeding hoping for another beautiful black cria.
