Irish Meadow's Melody

Huacaya, Female, Proven, Dark Silver Grey
ARI# 36115082 | DOB: 5/30/2020
Irish Meadow’s Melody is a strikingly beautiful alpaca! As such, she catches everyone’s eye on and off the farm. Melody had a strong show career with 9 blue ribbons and 2 championships before starting her next career as one of FIR’s best foundation dams! Her show results are a direct reflection of her pedigree with multi champions on both sides: her Sire Avalon’s Jacob Black, a 19X champion, 2X Futurity Reserve Dark Herdsire, and her grand sire Irish Meadow’s Peruvian Showtime (medium silver g...

Description

ACE's Loaded Auction Lot 34
She certainly lives up to her name, Apollina, meaning elegant and radiant. She exhibits her sire FIR Diamante’s Jetson’s fleece traits: extreme fineness, uniformity and density with a sexy crimp style. Apollina though is very feminine in stature, just like her dam but with great substance of bone. In fact, her conformation is spot on with a beautiful head to boot! Apollina is everything we hoped for in pairing FIR Diamante’s Jetson with Irish Meadow’s Melody (2X Champion, 9 Blue Ribbons). That dense, soft, inky black fleece looks incredible on such a striking frame. Now a 21-time champion, Jetson has proven to be a pre potent herdsire producing all dark offspring with flawless fleece and conformation just like him. Flying Iron Ranch proudly offers FIR Apollina along with a breeding to any FIR herdsire, but we suggest FIR Indy’s El Guapo as with his genotype he covers black eeaa!
