Description

We bought Larence because we wanted to add more luster and lock definition to our herd. We also loved the connection to Rockstar. We first saw Larence at the 2022 MOPACA shows where he won first place and reserve color champion in the Mid-America Alpaca Show and first place at the MIAS portion of the show. He just glistened and he had that wonderful wave to twist lock all the way along the staple. Larence's first crias hit the ground in the summer 2025 and he did not disappoint. Three of the four will be showing in the 2026 show circuit and we think they are spectacular. For those of you who breed for color in your herd, Larence has produced as dark as light brown.

And let's not forget his fiber stats. His biopsy numbers are impressive:

S/P ratio - 13.7
P-S spread - 8.5
