THIS JUST IN..... TY BREAKER HAS BEEN AT HEATHERBROOK FARM. TODAY, APRIL 20, 2013 - I WENT TO SEE AND SHEAR HIM.
U N B E L I E V A B L E . . . HE IS STUNNING!!! TY HAS FILLED OUT, ROBUST STRONG BONE STRUCTURE, STUNNING CONFORMATION AND ABSOLUTELY DENSE DENSE FIBER THAT HELD IT'S LUSTER AND FINENESS. I AM AMAZED AT HIS BEAUTY AND BRAWNY BODY! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!

FYI.... Ty was 2.2 years old when he was first shorn - the blanket and neck weighed 6.8 lbs. Not quite 11 months later, his blanket and just the neck weighed in at 5.2 lbs. If you look at picture #3 you'll see him at 23 months and the extreme length. Picture 2 & 4 are from today - less length, shorter growth time but an impressive weight proving the density of his fleece.

He is the sire candidate for Mica next Spring - they both have beautiful fleece so the combo should be impressive! Can't wait till the end of May - Ty Breaker returns home with a brand new field to graze and romp in!!!

Miss Wella delivers again - this time a boy! Strong and healthy - weighing in at 21 pounds! Covered with dense, unbelievably lustrous, golden locks! A true blend of his parents - gorgeous color, density and luster from Miss Wella (Diamond River's girl) and awesome bone structure with an abundance of fine, penciled fleece through his impressive sire - Chakotah (Durango/Kahuna)! ! !

Ty took second place in a class of 11 at the 2011 Indiana Alpaca Invitational - the judge complimented his consistent locks and immense luster and density! He's proving to have the makings of a herd sire - strong build, lustrous dense locked fiber that is just so fine and a top knot that covers his eyes! We are looking forward to an exciting show run!

Ty snagged 3rd in a class of 8 at the Buckeye but the judge said he struggled with placing him in second. He was just a bit thinner than his competition - but also younger! The 3rd picture shows his most awesome coat - thick and soft as butter - 6.8 lbs of pure beautiful suri at shearing!!!

At 2 1/2 years old, Ty is strong and bold with a perfect conformation and beautiful regrowth - he makes a maiden melt, cushes immediately!!! We are looking forward to Ty's first crias due in the Spring of 2014!!!
