    Description

    We were looking for an alpaca just like Maple Sugar to add to our foundation herd. Sugar brings the rare Canadian genes of SUPER SAM, Ravero, Amadeus, Javier, and also the AOBA champion, White Lightening. She also is carrying some of the NEWEST genetics in North America from the Australian Jolimont herd - one of the best in Australia. With her fabulous look, soft, crimpy, LONG fleece, and stunning head we can't say enough about this girl. Add to that, her black lineage and she is a perfect match for our champion true black, Axtion Jaxon.

    And were we right! Her first cria, Daphne, is true black, with the look we were after, and soft, dense fleece. Sugar's 08 cria, Ladysgotthelooks, is a carbon copy of Daphne. From white to black - a great way to improve blacks. On September 28th, 2009, Sugar had her cria - another black girl - Jenny May - a spitting image of Daphne and Lady. THAT'S THREE BLACK FEMALES !What a great mom Sugar is and a great producer!

    So - we will breed her to The Lad, which should be AMAZING! We have her on our list because we will keep one of her daughters. If she stays with us, that's fine too. For the serious black breeder, Sugar is a steal - a white who produces black - and that BEAUTIFUL Super Sam head - plus Australian Jolimont genetics. What could be better?
