Description

When we bought El Dorado Gold Nugget and her dam Galium, we were so impressed by the offspring Brunello and Galium produced, that we repeated the breeding. They produced another gorgeous medium fawn cria, this time male.

Teddy has bright, crimpy fleece so dense it's organized in tight bundles. And what amazing staple length - 140 mm on an 11 month fleece! He has excellent conformation, with solid bone and perfect teeth. At 3 years he is holding his fineness nicely with 2014 AFD of 23.7 micron. He's grown up to be a very nice junior herd sire.

At the 2013 California Classic, Teddy took second place to the Color Group winner. Judge Peter Kennedy commented on the fineness and uniformity of his fleece.

We've been breeding Teddy this fall and are excited to see what he will produce! Get your breedings now at his low introductory price of $750 while it lasts!

We accept cash, check, Venmo or credit card. Financing is available on all alpaca sales. We can work with your budget. We ask for 25% down, no interest if paid in full within one year of purchase. Purchaser will provide alpaca insurance on each animal until paid in full. Breeding/Show quality maidens come with a free breeding to any Menagerie Hill Ranch owned unrestricted Herdsire. Agisting (boarding) available - 30 days included with in State purchase of breeding quality alpaca. 90 days included for out of state purchases. Purchaser assumes all Vet fees. Transport available - first 100 miles included with purchase of breeding/show quality alpaca. Package deals available.
