      Medium Brown FUN!

      THE QUEEN ELIZABETH

Huacaya, Female, Unproven | Medium Brown

      AOA# 31629331   D.O.B. 6/6/2009, 3/4 Peruvian, 1/8 Bolivian, 1/8 Chilean

      Sire:
      Annapaca's Santiago
      | AOA# 1118919  | Bay Black  |
According to Ian Watts EABS Fiber Standards for Sires, Santiago's AFD/micron puts him in the top 2.5% of Black males in the country!! His 2007 Histogram: AFD 19.9, SD 4.2, CV 21.3, Comfort Factor 97.8 @ 2 Years and 7 Months of Age!! Santiago caught my attention from the first time I saw him as a juvenile. It was obvious just from photographs that he had wonderful density and his phenotype was quite striking. We decided to take a chance on him and have been thrilled with him. He placed well and in the top of his class in some of the top shows in the country! Comments from senior judges included "I would be proud to have him in my herd!" and "what extreme density and character he has to his fleece!" His JUVENILE blanket weight was 6.5 lbs and received a perfect score for weight (which I have never seen)of 20 out of 20 from Wade Gease. Santi is a pleasant male to have in the herd. We love his personality. His bloodlines are another prime factor that fascinated me with him. His paternal grandsire is the well known Ameripacas's "Acero Marka's Champ" who was the black Bolivian National Champion. His dam is out of one of my favorite lines, the now deceased Pperuvian Demetrio from the west coast, who produced some fabulous animals. The cross between these two lines was a definite winner for me! Santiago is registered as bay black, but the color checkers at shows have placed him in true black for some classes. We can't wait to see what this boy has in store for us! His first cria is a GORGEOUS fawn female that we are just in love with. It seems that Santi passes on his awesome personality as well as his good looks!!

      Dam:
      Shazaam's Gwenivere
      | AOA# 1189568  | Light Rose Grey  |
Gwenie is a gorgeous product from impressive Accoyo and Peruvian genetics. Her fleece is very dense, crimpy, and has a comfort factor of 98.7%. Gwenie exhibits perfect conformation and beautiful fleece with a Curve of 40.8! Her fleece is maintaining it's wonderful handle into her 5th year and she's turned Light Rose/ fawn Grey! We thought we were seeing PINK!

The best trait of Gwenie is her exceptional mothering instincts. She provides an abundance of milk and colostrum and she is a very loving dam to her cria. She does the entire birthing process herself (the crias literally walk out of her and are up and nursing within minutes!) The trait that will make you fall in love with this line is the temperament. Gwenie and her offspring are sweet, inquisitive, and they all love carrots!

Gwenie began her breeding career in the Spring of 2006..... The product of her first breeding is a beautiful dark fawn female, Vicki Vale, who is a spitting image of her sire, but has the exquisite fleece of her dam! Her second cria out of our very own champion, Panther, is also breath-taking! His Light Rose Grey fleece is super fine! Her 2009 cria, Queenie, is a dark brown female that sold at six months old. Gwenivere gave birth to Late Knight Arrival this spring. He is an impressive fawn male sired by Royal Command. Gwenie has been bred to our SNOWMASS Midnight Magic/Accoyo Express son, Midnight Express. A three time chanmpion himself, this cria should be a knockout. Gwenie carries gray & BLACK genetics from her sire, FD Shazaam, a 6-time Blue Ribbon winner, and Color Champion!

Gwenie will be a very difficult one to part with, as she is an easy-keeper and is just a sweetheart! She would be a great addition to anyone looking for a solid reproduction girl, who makes show-worthy cria with beautiful fleece!

Gwenie is microchipped and BVD tested negative. She comes with 6 months FREE board and a complimentary breeding.
